| It was my great pleasure and
honour to visit Serbia between 5th and 10th November 2006, as guests of
Plato Publishing house. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I
enjoyed amazing hospitality and great conversation.
I also ate lots of food (although not as much as Zoran
wanted me to eat!).
Natasa ensured that my time was packed with TV and press
interviews allowing me the opportunity to meet so many interesting and
interested people (both media and fans). I was overjoyed to have the
opportunity to meet with and talk to English language students from the
University. Although my schedule was pleasantly full Plato managed to take
me to Subotica where Plato has a new bookstore and we enjoyed another press
conference and literary evening. Plus we managed a visit the lake of Palic
and visited Ravelthe most delicious tea and cake shop I have ever been to!
I met so many wonderful people and the trip affected me in ways I had not
imagined. I'm extremely grateful to have had this opportunity and
experience. I wish all my friends at Plato and fans in Serbia the very best
wishes.
