Kindle USA launch!

Exciting news for my American fans as 6 of my titles get released on Kindle in the US. The new launches also meant a new set of covers designed especially for the territory.

Tell all your friends on the other side of the Atlantic the good news.

Number 10 and rock stars!

Last Feb I had the privilege of visiting Number 10 Downing Street for a reception hosted by Samantha Cameron, to celebrate the brilliant work the charity WellChild does. Here's a snap of me leaving the reception with fellow Ambassadors Scouting For Girls.

Teesside University short story competition winners

In April 2011 I launched a short story competition for the students and staff at Teesside University. I wrote the beginning of a story called 'It's got to be perfect' and asked the entrants to finish it off!

It was a fun idea and it was very interesting to see how the same beginning could veer off into so many different directions!

The overall winner was the ending from Victoria Brown and if you want to read her story along with the other finalists then you can download the booklet here.
